health psych results were not up to my expectations. but, alas, i do hope the other subjects do not disappoint. final results will only be out in july, what a long wait, but never mind, i shall enjoy my hols as of now.

met iris and huiting last night to shop for chalet stuff. as i was telling huiting,
retail therapy + great company + yummy ice cream = yayness!
haha. after dinner, of which iris treated us (thank you very very much!), we went around century square --> tampines mall --> tampines one. it was almost mission impossible, i tell you. in the course of searching for what we intended to buy, there were lots of distractions with other shops and items that caught our eye (or rather, iris's eyes). it was a miracle we completed our task before the shops closed. haha. ended the night with really good ice cream, can't remember the name of the cafe but it's the one right outside cold storage. and, it's value for money. 2 scoops for $3.80, as compared to others' one scoop for $3.80.. it was soft, and the flavours were really good. since it was 2 flavours each, among us we tried caramel & salt, banana choc, mango, strawberry, durian and blood orange. no prizes for guessing which were mine. haha.

can't wait for AH chalet and AH bintan trip, hopefully H1N1 won't get in the way. i badly need to get away.

sometimes, i really am torn apart my conscious and doing what is politically correct. my conscious will tell me to tell, to say what i want to say, but, for the fear of offending, and to maintain peace, i should just shut up right. but shutting up's not doing me any good, cos i'm still having the urge to say it. i always tell people to let it out, you will feel better. indeed, letting it out will make you feel better, but, there are many instances whereby i find that i cannot, it's best i dont.

especially, if it's someone close. that's the torture.
