11:42 AM -
alright, where shall i begin.
ah yes, romeo and juliet. with steph marianne and JOJO. =D had dinner with marianne and steph before the play, and we've caught little nits and grits of what's going on. i hear bells, stephy! hahaha.
I MISS YOU GUYS SOOOO MUCH!!!yes, the play. it was in Lithuanian, of which to me they seem to be babbling all sorts of funny stuff, though a bit like french. but thankfully there were english surtitles. marianne thought it seemed like hokkien and japanese and korean. hahaha. and jolie's favourite nurse with romeo's mass of hair, gosh. oh jolie. i shall not start describing any of that here. absolutely not. but maybe jolie will enjoy giving her rendition of that. we'll see. LOL.
it wasnt altogether a completely sad story, cos it was filled with certain comedy here and there. and i find it strange that people left at the interval. i think they thought it ended or something, because just before the interval romeo and juliet got married. and when we came back from the interval there were empty seats aplenty. haha. anyway, it ended at 11.30pm, of which we tried to get a cab home. AND. those stupid cab drivers refuse to stop. i tell you, they were all waiting till midnight for the midnight surcharge. those cheats. irritating old uncles. and while the four of us were trying to flag a cab, this one came along and we were like, hurray. and right in front on his screen was the word geylang. ass of a driver.
and so. stephy started singing and dancing a little, AND this trishaw uncle came along and clapped and said something. i cant remember what. o_o stephy, you're attracting the wrong crowd. hahaha. but it was pretty hilarious, i must say.
hahaha.
haha.
ha.
oh well.
so that's my night with those lovelies. =) =) =) =)
cheers asian satellite, last week. it was fine, except that it was hot, hot, hot. no air-con. =(

the camp's over. but now i feel lost. i guess its back to studying, huh. we've been so very busy with the preparations for the camp, it practically ruled my life for the past one month. now that its over, and cheers asian satellite's almost over as well, i realise that i've been so worn out. wednesday morning i was up and running at 5.45am, by 7 i was at pasir ris primary running about doing last minute checks. yup, thanks to logistics team and jia ying, i was relieved of some work. =)
it was indeed a fantastic camp, i've learnt so much, it was a great experience i'll never forget. and i never did once regretted taking up this project. and yes, how can we forget commando van huh? the camp turned out great, didnt it. and i'm glad we had some fun together towards the end. =)
i'm still pretty tired from everything, so i guess i'll end off here. but before that, i'd really like to thank my dearest programme comm for everything:
( yeah, the only special ones to receive an email from me=) haha.)
Liyu, i know for the past month or so, you have been so worried about missing out anything, fearing that the activities will face problems.. There, didnt everything work out fine after all? believe in yourself, in your abilities. you've shown that you can do it. and i really thank you for all your help and cooperation, for always submitting every, single thing on time, within the deadline. Great job, activity one IC. =)
Dean, ever the passive one, ALWAYS making me angry. stupid turtle. but, you have done a great job as well, and thank you so much for the fun you've brought, with all the teasing on van. haha. though the slowest turtle, the best turtle as well. ya, turtles can be good commandos. kudos, activity two IC. =)
Zhi Wei, the one who's always asking if there's anything you can do to help, thank you so much as well. your initiative has left an impression, and i'm glad to have you in my comm. sorry i abandoned you for your FAVOURITE hooks and cones, was transferred over to help dean and yirui last minute. but, you did a great job anyway, and that proves your capabilities. on top of being in the programme comm, you managed two stations all by yourself. fantastic work, activity two IC. =)
and lastly, Yi rui who has left things so much easier for me but completing ice breakers programme way beforehand. that left me all the time to concentrate on activity one and two, and i didnt have to worry about ice breakers at all. thank you so much for helping out with activity two as well, rui rui is everywhere. haha. well done, ice breakers IC. =)
everyone played a part in the success of the camp, every contributed in their own ways or another, and through this, i believe we've forged new friendship and learnt new things as well, aye?
one thing, I REALLY ENJOYED WORKING WITH YOU. it was fun to work with every single one of you, liyu, yirui, dean and zhi wei.
i believe everyone has benefitted from this camp in one way or another, and 3 CHEERS FOR EVERYONE. =)
"michelle over to programe comm, THANK YOU. "
