i'm aching everywhere. ouch.
yesterday's 2.4 run was horrendous. though i'm glad i didnt stop till the 5th round. =) i usually start walking in the 2nd or 3rd round. but after training a little, i manage to run till the 5th round. but even so, i guess the speed's not there. like bleh.


and i stayed up till 12.30 to complete my reading log.. since i was doing econs ppt before that. which reminds me of someone who's standard of thinking and analysing is so pathetically low. but, all i can say is, POOR YOU.


woke up this morning super tired.. and i have to admit i wasnt in the best of mood. and i had a headache that was irritating me. but, strangely, i was wide awake the whole day. like wow. every single day i will be falling asleep in one lecture or so. like at least for one. but today, i was wide awake, concentrating and all. oh wells. and then there was a dialogue session in the afternoon.. the talk by the guy was okay, i guess, but what bore me was the Q&A session.. and, it was so noisy! students were making lots of noise AS the speaker was talking. like what a bad impression.


slept till 7pm. but still didnt manage to sleep the headache away. but at least its better now. and i have to do the pw EOM.. le sigh.
